Kristof started his career at Vlerick Business School, where he spent 15+ years taking on roles as Associate Marketing Professor, Partner, and Member of the Board. He is a sought-after speaker on topics like collaboration, customer experience and consumer centricity. ​


Kristof is an external member of the IKEA Business & Consumer Intelligence Council, of the Advisory Boards of Bank Van Breda, and of international incubator and accelerator B-Sprouts. He is a STIMA Master Marketer, as well as the driving force behind the ‘Change League Community’, a community of +100 CEOs, with like-minded business change makers sharing best practices on how to get to the future first.
