Niclas joined InSites Consulting in 2016, after obtaining a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a PhD in Experimental Psychology focussing on assessing unconscious attitudes and beliefs with implicit measures.

Niclas has managed local and multi-country branding, brand health, innovation and customer experience research projects for clients from the finance, tourism, healthcare, technology and automotive sectors, such as AXA, Rabobank, TUI, Roche, Nissan, and Volkswagen.
