Philips is one of the largest multinational electronics companies in the world. The company detected China as a potential new market for their sleeping solutions. Before entering this market, further understanding of the drivers and barriers for those solutions was needed.
What did we do?
A 3-week Consumer Consulting Board (also known as online research community) brought together 50 Chinese participants with sleeping problems. The community provided a rich understanding of sleeping problems in the Chinese culture, combined with the perception of the Philips brand and the adoption of technological solutions.
