T-Mobile is a provider for mobile communication for both consumer and business users. The T-Mobile’s goal was to develop a new communication strategy to address the issue of mobile telephone network quality for their business market.
What did we do?
We selected 50 small business owners who had experience with the T-Mobile network in a Consumer Consulting Board (also known as online research community). 25 were positive about the quality of the network and 25 were rather negative. All of them had a constructive attitude to participate in the community.
- Clear insight in the role of network quality as part of the total mobile experience for the mobile business market.
- Evaluation of all 6 developed strategic communication directions.
- Choice of 1 direction and co-development of communication concept for this strategic direction.
