‘Community manager’ is the job of the future. At least, that’s what this blog post of Jobat says (in Dutch). According to this ranking, the job of a community manager is in the top 10 of most important jobs for the future. Due to the rapid growth of social media, organizations are in need of skilled people that manage the increasing number of consumer conversations. So, fortunately my job as a research community manager has a future… what about yours?
