CMAD recognizes and celebrates the efforts of community managers around the world using social media and research to improve customer experiences. At InSites Consulting we celebrate the complete team as we’re all contributing to happy and engaged customers by turning them into the best consultants companies can hire.
It has become a tradition to celebrate this across our offices with local treats, from breakfast in Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK to customized cake in Romania and cheesecake in New York. But this year we’re also sending our love to everyone in our Global Community Moderator Network! Over 150 moderators in over 30 countries help our clients to connect with customers all over the world. A big thank you to all of them!
