Keneilwe joined InSites Consulting (then Columinate) in 2017 as a Panel Manager, from a background of customer care service. Maintaining a healthy relationship between the company and the consumer has become a proficiency.​

​Keneilwe studied Information Technology at the Central University of Technology in Bloemfontein in the Free State.​

Personally, Keneilwe is a reader, music lover, nomad at heart, and she loves socializing and sharing a good laugh/ smile.
