Martin is a Statistician by profession with an Honours degree in Statistics from the University of Zimbabwe and Postgrad qualifications from the University of Zimbabwe and University of Cape Town, South Africa.​

Martin joined InSites Consulting (then Columinate) in 2019 as a Senior Statistician. Prior to joining the company, Martin worked for different local and global market research houses and Government Departments as a Data Scientist/ Statistician. ​
