Platform Analyst

What is it about
The Platform Analyst will support all functions of our proprietary platform, Instinct, while ensuring smooth project execution. The Platform Analyst will bring technical expertise and a problem solver's attitude to support programmers, developers, and project managers to achieve desired project outcomes.
Your responsibilities
What you'll do
- Logic & Syntax QA Review:
- • Performs thorough review of project inputs before programming can begin
- • Ensures all logic instructions are correctly noted and that logic satisfies all project requirements
- • Reviews all document syntax to ensure platform compatibility and accuracy
- Platform Support:
- • Acts as platform helpdesk/support for project staff and external clients
- • Collaborates with analytics and development teams to ensure smooth platform functionality
- • Maintains platform and feature documentation library
- Department Operations:
- • Works in tandem with a programmer to execute projects
- • Assists team leader in maintaining centralized project scheduler
- • Coordinates and consults on project timing with project team members
- • Develops and modifies team procedures and best practices as needed
Your profile
What you'll bring
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• 1+ years of professional experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience or knowledge in professional-based technology, such as the Microsoft Office suite, relational databases, or similar digital platforms (such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Decipher, etc.)
• Communicates in a clear and respectful way, conveying project requirements and technical concepts in a user-friendly manner
• High level of problem solving, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and resourcefulness
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize tasks with minimal oversight
• Some knowledge of analytics software or programming languages (SPSS, HTML, SQL, Python, CSS, Javascript, C#, etc.) are preferred
