Your role

What is it about

As an Insight Manager working in our Shanghai office, you will join our team of enthusiastic marketers and researchers who are determined to empower people to shape the future of brands. Through your passion for data and consumer insights, you inspire marketers of cool companies.
Your responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Support both qualitative and quantitative market research projects (study design, questionnaire development, fielding and analysis).
  • Help manage online insight communities, support online and offline insight activities on forums, live chats, focus groups, surveys and occasionally workshops.
  • Check and collect data and feedback from the activities, analysing and summarizing findings for clients
  • Use images, photos and other data to build stories.
  • Guide clients through the process of creating and maintaining a community, developing a customised branded portal and managing the recruitment and recruited members.
  • Oversee deployment of online and offline activities, e.g. surveys, forums, live chats, focus groups.
  • Turn insights into compelling stories, with a strong focus on storytelling to help clients better understand and activate findings.
Your profile

What you'll bring

We are looking for a colleague with at least 5 years’ experience in market research, with a proven track record in project and account management. Ideally, you have experience in online communities, social media or other forms of digital engagement. You are proficient in English and Chinese (verbal and written).
