Your role

What is it about

As Talent Manager you are part of our global People & Culture Team, reporting into the Chief People Officer. You develop and implement Talent Management and DEI strategies and initiatives that support the attraction, growth, and retention of a diverse set of employees across the organization. You work closely with the global HR Business Partners, Business Leaders and Delivery Development Team to advise and enable them to deliver the overall Talent business strategies within the Regions. You lead and coach a global Talent Team consisting of Acquisition and Growth Specialists.
Your responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver on the Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Design and implement an employer branding strategy to attract and hire a diversified talent pool.
  • Oversee the design and roll out of the internship and graduate programs.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure employees have a positive and enjoyable onboarding experience.
  • Identify critical skills gaps against emerging, growth, mainstay capabilities and create aligned talent development programs to grow talent to the fullest.
  • Design and deliver Performance Management processes that help employees and managers set goals, track progress, and provide feedback to support career development.
  • Clarify and define dynamic career progression paths, outlining the steps employees can take to advance and acquire & demonstrate the required skills.
  • Design and drive Talent Review and Succession Planning initiatives to ensure we identify talent across all parts of the business and have the required talent to meet future challenges.
  • Support any other talent or employee engagement activities such as updating the job framework, bringing values to life, wellbeing.
  • Drive the DEI ambition and work with DEI work groups to develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Collect and analyze data to track the effectiveness of talent management and DEI programs and initiatives and use insights to continuously improve and refine strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in talent management, and share knowledge and insights with colleagues to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Your profile

What you'll bring

Min 5 years of experience in an international environment in a project management and people focused role, with ability to translate that knowledge into talent and performance management. Passion for attracting talent and helping people grow. Knowledge of and interest in talent acquisition, growth and engagement-related initiatives such as employer branding, succession planning, talent mapping, and performance management. Combine strategic thinking and leadership skills with hands-on people and talent management experience to help us engage talents and build upon our culture and values. Commitment to creating a supportive, engaging, and high-functioning work environment. Knowledge of DEI initiatives and interest in bringing our Human8 values to life. Ability to inspire, motivate and empower an international team spread over different locations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, connecting people globally. Ability to work across different areas and with different stakeholders. Ability to influence at the most senior levels of the business. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to collect and analyze data to track the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in talent management.
