Your role

What is it about

As Talent Growth Specialist (you are part of our global Talent Team, reporting into the Talent Manager. You implement learning, talent and DEI initiatives that support the attraction, growth and retention of a diverse set of employees across the organization. You work closely with the HR Business Partners, Business Leaders and Delivery Development Team to advise and support them in growing their talent.
Your responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Design and implement onboarding and induction programs to ensure employees have an awesome onboarding experience.
  • Map the current skills and knowledge of employees and conduct comprehensive future needs assessments to identify learning and development needs and design and develop innovative learning programs that address identified skill gaps.
  • Develop and implement broad learning and development programs, including leadership development, soft skill training, and technical training, to support the growth and development of employees.
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts and external providers to develop and deliver learning content that is engaging, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Implement a variety of learning modalities, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, blended learning approaches, and on-the-job training to ensure effective delivery of learning programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning through rigorous assessment methods, ensuring measurable impact on employee performance and business outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain learning management systems and other skills or talent management-related technologies to ensure effective delivery of talent management programs.
  • Support any other talent or employee engagement activities such as the graduate program, bringing values to life, DEI initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovative learning methodologies.
Your profile

What you'll bring

3-5 years of experience in translating business objectives into tangible learning outcomes, internally or externally. Passion for continuous learning and development, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Ability to translate business objectives into tangible learning outcomes. Ability to conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs. Proficiency in learning management systems and other talent management-related software. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify critical skill gaps and design effective learning programs to address them. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
