Your role

What is it about

As a Human Resources Intern working from our office in Ghent you will be part of the global People & Culture team (with colleagues in Belgium, UK, Romania, US and APAC) and service various Human8 offices across the globe. As we are an international organization, you will actively practice your English language skills. Your internship will be an inspiring experience: you will support the team in daily operations but also collaborate on global projects.
Your responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Learn about the broad field of HR in an international company (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee well-being, etc.)
  • Build your communication skills by collaborating with colleagues from different teams and different offices.
  • Collaborate on interesting current projects in our People & Culture team (such as hybrid working, leadership development, employer branding, diversity and inclusion and many more).
  • Bring in your own ideas.
Your profile

What you'll bring

You are interested in HR. You are a curious person and eager to learn. You are proficient in English (verbal and written) and literate with Office 365. This is an unpaid internship that can be combined with studies in a relevant field.
