If so, join us on a 12-month journey of learning and growth, in the EMEA Research Consultant Development program at Human8. We welcome applications from Ghent / London / Manchester / Dusseldorf or Rotterdam based candidates. Application deadline: December 31, 2023.
Your responsibilities

What you'll do

  • As part of our Research Consultant Development program, you'll join other aspiring consultants on a 12 months journey, where you'll develop a comprehensive skill set in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, which includes crafting surveys, moderating interviews, analysing data and delivering insightful reports. This will equip you to help brands better understand their customers and drive positive change. This program includes training (core skills such as qualitative and quantitative research techniques), collaborating with international teams, working on live client projects, gaining practical experience, develop skills in client interaction, business / marketing strategies and impactful presentation delivery.
Your profile

What you'll bring

We welcome diverse educational backgrounds (ex. business, psychology, social sciences, etc.) You are interested in market research, tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office. You're curious and motivated to uncover the "why" behind the consumer behaviour. You're fluent in English (written and spoken).
