What is it about
What you'll do
- Legal administrative tasks: Handle administrative responsibilities related to legal matters, including filing, update share registers, update of the governmental registers (crossroad bank of enterprises, companies house and equivalents).
- Case Management: Help manage and organize case files, maintain legal databases, and ensure that all relevant documents and information are readily accessible. (update the legal sharepoint page, update the company details and structure chart).
- Corporate housekeeping: Maintaining corporate records and documents, such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, and meeting minutes.
- Legal Technology: Utilize legal software and technology for tasks such as legal research, document management, and case management. Update Contractify (our contract management tool), ensure compliance with contract management policy (an up to date contract database).
- Review and draft of straight forward legal documents and agreements: assist in the review of NDAs, update templates (agreements, minutes, confirmation letters, etc).
- KYC: keep an up to date file with the necessary KYC information and complete UBO/KYC documents. Assist in the review and completion of supplier questionnaires.
- Training: assist in drafting of the necessary training documentation, scheduling training sessions, keep records of completion.
