What is it about

We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team in Timișoara. Our future colleague will boost their career by making sure the financial data is in line with the internal quality benchmark principles and provide the backbone for a growing company in their day to day work.
Your responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Manage obligations to customers: prepare, create, send and store client invoices digitally.
  • Process bank statements: manage all credit and collections and send reminders to all clients to ensure timely payments supported by our client management system.
  • Accounts receivable administration tasks.
  • Follow up the reception of client purchase orders.
  • Report on the status of accounts receivable and client balances.
Your profile

What you'll bring

You have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar. Ideally, you have 1-2 years work experience as an Receivable Officer or in a similar role. You have a good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures. You have advanced knowledge of Excel (financial formulas, creating spreadsheets, etc) and speak fluent English (verbal and written).
