What is it about

We're looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Timisoara. Our new colleague will boost their career by making sure the financial data is in line with the internal quality benchmark principles and provide the backbone for a growing company in their day to day work.
Your responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests.
  • Process and check accuracy of supplier invoices.
  • Handle the initial processing of supplier invoices.
  • Follow up reception of recurring invoices.
  • Control outstanding purchase orders and manage obligations to suppliers.
  • Prepare payment batches for the payment of supplier invoices.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and process intercompany invoices.
  • Report on the status of accounts payable & receivable.
  • Process bank statements.
Your profile

What you'll bring

At least basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power-Point). Advanced knowledge of Excel (financial formulas and creating spreadsheets) and a good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures. Professional English level (verbal and written).
