Your role

What is it about

As Networks Building Manager, you are a key part of the leadership of the Consumer Networks department. You will craft and implement the strategy around launching and development of our Proprietary Networks, Rewards & Participant Support development and procedures across all projects running globally. Building Networks area of service covers the following: - Building our own proprietary networks - Building client (Square) networks with the right participants - Provide participant support across all networks - Overseeing the rewards and incentive process across InSites In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of projects and people managing them. Your role: You will work closely with the Head of Consumer Network - strategic and operational leadership of the Consumer Networks department, to manage team members and craft the strategy related to our proprietary networks, rewards and incentives system and participant support. Your team is spread across 2 continents, and you are the responsible person to develop and increase the level of service and launch & build owned networks. You are managing the recruitment and development budget and you are expected to have suggestions for improvements and strategic projects.
Your responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Management support and crafting the strategy, goals and KPIs for your teams;
  • Reporting on main KPIs of the teams and follow up with the results;
  • Project manager of all important Building Networks projects;
  • Creating templates and usage guidelines for your team and internal clients (CST);
  • Creation of business cases for expanding the team with new members;
  • Creation of business cases for new tools required on your networks;
  • Creation of sales support presentations or documents for the internal teams at Insites (CST, PST, Sampling & Fieldwork management);
  • Responsible for team happiness and performance of team members;
  • Define actions to improve the performance of the team;
  • Define and address longer term development needs on technology;
  • Admin tasks: holiday approvals, capacity overview, promotions.
Your profile

What you'll bring

The Building Networks Manager has a solid base of understanding across panel management, onboarding guidelines, media buying, rewards and participant support. 1) Experience: 5+ years experience in market research Experience with the Consumer Networks area of expertise (e.g. sample, fieldwork, panel and project management) parts of the market research process 2) Knowledge: Solid understanding of tools used within our area (panel management, survey development, DIY sample platforms), Media buying, Project & fieldwork management Attitude “Can do” are two of your favorite words Creative problem solver 3) Communication Skills: You facilitate the sharing of information and ideas and assist individuals and groups to reach a common agreement You can interact with both internal and external groups, showing great negotiation skills by settling differences without damaging relationships You can easily communicate and present internal stakeholders' products or projects we are developing 4) Organization Skills: You can develop an approach for a project. From defining goals to deliverables. You can write down process changes and procedures for your team or managed networks You can take end responsibility or your decisions and project deliverables You perform quality reviews of projects to ensure deliverables meet project requirements 5) People Skills: You have a professional bonding attitude with internal and external clients You get energy from helping others and love to train individuals as well as groups.
