Your role

What is it about

As a Research Consultant in our Düsseldorf office, you are part of a team of enthusiastic marketers and researchers that are determined to empower people to shape the future of brands. Through your passion for qualitative data and consumer insights, you inspire marketers of cool companies such as Jacob Douwe Egberts, Henkel and Nestlé. You are responsible for performing marketing analyses and consulting projects based on extensive market research data, working closely with other Research Managers and Project Managers across our offices.
Your responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Initially, your focus lies on the daily moderation of online communities, analysis and full reporting
  • You guide kick-off sessions with community members, maintain the vibrancy of the community, undertake appropriate action to maximize the community members’ happiness, and keep close contact with our Global Community Moderator Network
  • You work closely with Senior Research Managers that coach and train you directly, and you are in close contact with national as well as international clients to deliver high-value content and services
  • Depending on your interest and evolution, you will be involved gradually in the complete set-up, organization and execution of market research studies
  • You build experience and gradually become responsible for complete methodologies (e.g. sampling, survey design etc.)
  • You gain experience and knowledge in a broad range of marketing domains, both within the projects you are involved in and within training
  • You will be supported in developing commercial client contacts, and in due time you will develop and maintain a client portfolio and get account management responsibility
Your profile

What you'll bring

We are looking for a colleague with about 1-2 years experience in online market research and a solid marketing interest. You are proficient in English (both oral and written). Knowledge of Dutch or German is an asset.
