What you'll do
- Build strong relationships with the business and invest in truly getting to know our employees and what they care about.
- Contribute to the business and People & Culture strategy, and operational goal setting to reach business objectives.
- Act as a coach and advisor to local & global management, support them in their leadership role and contribute to great collaboration, local organizational design and retaining talent.
- Support performance & career management by creating an environment of growth where employees feel valued and empowered.
- Help to establish a common understanding of our culture and clarify expected behaviours and how to put values into action.
- Align with global practices, roll-out employee engagement & experience activities to enhance our culture and build a strong purpose with the company.
- Work with the team leaders to identify learning and development needs, ensure employees have a continuous growth plan and facilitate individual learning journeys and experiences.
- Oversee onboarding & induction training programmes and making sure that the new employees have a great onboarding experience.
- Act as the gatekeeper of the job descriptions, make sure these are updated according to the organizational design, people growth and department needs, giving space for personal development and opportunities seeking.
- Manage operational HR related work, execute key people practices (such as employment conditions, compensation & benefits, coaching, promotion, performance, recognition, continuous feedback, goal setting), give guidance to employees, resolve issues and address grievances.
- Design / update HR policies in line with the global People & Culture strategy, processes and local legislation, and inform the staff of changes.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees (employment contracts, collective agreement, etc).
- Work alongside the Talent Acquisition and assist in the development of recruitment campaigns/ employer branding initiatives, acting as an ambassador.
- Oversee HR admin procedures and effective administration, coach and guide the local HR Administrator(s).
- Oversee Office Experience in close collaboration with the Global Head of Office Experience.
What you'll bring
- You have a master’s in human resources or equivalent
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager preferably in a global context
- You have a good understanding of people centric HR management
- You are a great team player and love to collaborate on global projects and learn from others
- You master English and Romanian, both verbal and written
