Your responsibilities

What you'll do

  • As someone who is naturally curious and commercially minded, you will be part of a team that inspires marketers of top tier companies across finance, tech, FMCG and pharma (amongst others), shaping decision making at the senior levels of key organisations.
  • As part of the client service team, you will work closely with experienced researchers to understand your client’s needs and work collaboratively with your team to design and execute work that will illuminate meaningful and strategic consumer insights.
  • • This is a client facing role
  • • You will learn about how to manage and work with different departments across a global organisation
  • • As part of a broader account team, you will learn to take charge of day-to-day project management of client projects.
  • • You will contribute to impactful reports that support our clients in their strategic decision-making process.
  • • Working closely with Senior Consultants and Senior Managers, you will be coached in the skills necessary to translate both quantitative data and qualitative outputs into actionable insights for clients.
  • • As you build confidence, you will dive further into the data analysis to fully grasp the InSites way of working.
Your profile

What you'll bring

Whilst we’re listing the details of our ideal candidate, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t check every box on this list! As this is a graduate role, a desire to learn and grow is key. We’ll teach you the skills, you just need to bring some basics and the right mindset. • This is an entry level consultant role, so it would suit a recent graduate or someone with a solid grounding in market research basics looking to stretch across to a client facing role • We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, with a good grasp of business basics • You are naturally curious and are engaged with the world around you • You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and get energy from a fast, team focused way of working • You have a good eye for detail • You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • You’re well versed in Microsoft office (excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Any familiarity with software like Q or SPSS will be an advantage • You are happy to think outside the box and suggest ideas that may not always be the most conventional

Why this is(n't) for you

  • You're naturally curious and have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • You're not a lone wolf and thrive in local and global collaboration, but on the flip side, you are a self-starter and motivate yourself and others when the time calls
  • You know that you are never ‘done’ with your development; you would welcome having an InSites coach to guide and mentor you on to further career highs and developments
  • You have the right to work in Australia (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role).
