Accounts Receivable Officer

Your role

What is it about

At InSites Consultign we're looking for a temporary (2 years contract) Accounts Receivable Officer. You are joining our team in Timișoara which is the beating heart of project implementation within InSites Consulting! This is where all marketing research projects are being implemented and managed on an operational level, from technical development of research platforms and panel recruitment to quality checks, data analysis and overall project planning. The person in this role will boost their career by making sure the financial data is in line with the internal quality benchmark principles and provide the backbone for a growing company in their day to day work.
Your responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Manage obligations to customers: prepare, create, send and store client invoices digitally
  • Process bank statements: manage all credit and collections and send reminders to all clients to ensure timely payments supported by our client management system
  • Accounts receivable administration tasks
  • You will follow up the reception of client purchase orders
  • Report on the status of accounts receivable and client balances
Your profile

What you'll bring

You have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, or a similar relevant degree. Ideally you already have 1-2 years work experience as an Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer or in a similar role. Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures. You speak proficient English, both spoken and written. You have advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
