In-house Paralegal
What is it about
What you'll do
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents and commercial contracts (including client contracts, supplier contracts, NDA’s, lease agreements, …)
- Providing feedback on legal terms and conditions
- Advising the local business on overall compliance with local laws and regulations
- Securing InSites’ legal policies and guidelines are followed by internal stakeholders through training, information sessions and keeping policies up to date and relevant
- Advising the business on overall compliance with local laws and regulations (especially data privacy and security)
- Dealing with ad hoc legal matters as required by the Head of Legal and as required by the needs of the business
- Acting as a business partner with close proximity to the organization, being proactively in this respect
- Legal toolbox development: develop and maintain the InSites’ legal documents templates
- Insurance management: in collaboration with a broker, ensuring adequate insurance covering for all activities
- Corporate housekeeping
