So…InSites Consulting, the human-driven insight consultancy is looking to expand our team in Asia to support the growth of human finance. InSites uncovers what matters to people and how brands can act upon it.  *How can we help people be more resilient and adaptable with their everyday finances? *Can finance brands get super personalised or even deeply personal? *How might they connect people to make sense of their money and enrich their lives?    *How can finance brands offer more deeply immersive experiences, a purpose or faith?
Your responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Reporting to our Global Client Partner for Finance / Fintech and collaborating with our Asia Finance Teams based in Hong Kong and Singapore.
  • *Carrying out desk research and interviewing leading-edge consumers, finfluencers or experts on human finance topics
  • *Preparing thought leadership content / trend pieces for human finance e.g. “Women in Wealth”, or “Regenerative Finance”
  • *Managing our human finance trends framework and inspiration cases for Asia e.g. looking for cases on “banks in the metaverse”
  • *Shaping research programs by drawing on existing client data / research working alongside primary researchers at stages of projects offering trend and industry perspectives
  • *Supporting insight activation workshops for clients and projects e.g. preparation of materials, logistics
  • *Sharing knowledge and trends with the wider team and the global business;
  • *Promoting our collective human finance expertise to clients via our blog, reports, client workshops and briefing sessions
Your profile

What you'll bring

*Curious about what makes human beings tick, and interested in “human centred design” *Enjoy researching, being inquisitive, discovering insights, combining multiple data sources and working with others to build a story from data *You consider financial literacy really important personally, but are interested in new types of investments….perhaps you have an ambition to be a finfluencer yourself one day ! *Proficient in use of PowerPoint, but keen to learn more tips and tricks *Good English, Mandarin a ‘+’
