What is it about

As an Insight Manager in our Hong Kong office, you are part of a team of enthusiastic marketers and researchers who are determined to empower people to shape the future of brands. Through your passion for data and consumer insights, you inspire marketers of cool companies.
Your responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Support mainly quantitative but also qualitative market research projects, and hybrid customer insight projects mainly under insight communities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the online and offline insight activities process such as survey design, analysis, preparation of reports based on client objectives and presentation
  • Turn insights into compelling stories, marketing your own insights and transform insights into tactical and strategic action recommendations
  • Develop and deepen the relationships with our key clients, and provide insights leveraging our understanding towards the businesses
  • Stretch your curiosity, skills and expertise towards Design Thinking
  • Work with team to ensure smooth operation of insight activities
Your profile

What you'll bring

We are looking for an experienced colleague, with a proven track record in project and account management. Ideally, you have 3-5 years' experience in market research, online communities, social media or other forms of digital engagement. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Insight Consultant. You are proficient in English and Chinese (both oral and written).
