IT Support Engineer

What you'll do
- Support our end users on hardware and software.
- Maintenance and setup of end user devices (Windows & Mac).
- Management of the service desk, Office 365 and other licenses.
- Create documentation and training materials.
- Installation and support of IT equipment (Wi-Fi access points, printers, videoconferencing, etc).
- Deploying new software and IT environment monitoring.
- Security operations (access control, configuration, patches, security updates, vulnerability scanning).
- Contact & follow-up with external suppliers for hardware purchases.
- Asset and stock management (including wiping and disposal of devices).
- You can do magical things with scripting (office automation tasks).
