Hi there! I’m Chloe, in 2016 I joined InSites Consulting (then Join the Dots), where I am a research manager in the Pankhurst team. I currently work on the GSK account and focus on the oral health category – running projects for Parodontax, Sensodyne, Aquafresh and the world of dentures! I specialise in online qualitative research for FMCG clients and co-run training courses on the subject with the Market Research Society. ​

My favourite part of the job is learning about different cultures and seeing how consumers respond differently across markets. One of my favourite projects was when we were looking at different kitchens and food storage in China, the US, the UK and Mexico. It was so fascinating! Honestly, UK fridges are shockingly stocked – how does a family of 4 survive on 2 mouldy carrots, a pot of yogurt and half a lettuce?!​

About me… I live just out of the centre of Manchester with my boyfriend and an extensive Tupperware collection (mainly to store all my random cooking experiments but sometimes just to look at). I enjoy holidays, going to gigs and eating and drinking round where I live – who doesn’t!
