Hi, I’m Emily! Originally from Hertfordshire, I fell in love with the North after completing my degree at Newcastle Uni, the UK, studying Food Marketing and Nutrition, and have lived in Manchester since 2016. ​​

I started life in research through the graduate development scheme back in 2016. Since joining, I’ve had the opportunity to work across many different sectors, including FMCG, utilities, financial, fashion and retail. One of my main accounts is Co-op, where I’ve been lucky enough to get involved in interesting methodologies such as eye tracking, in-store missions and accompanied shops, and that chance to speak face-to-face with consumers and try something new is something I really enjoy.​

​You can probably guess by the degree, but my biggest passion is food! I love cooking and trying new dishes, so some type of foodie tour is usually at the center of any holiday. I’m also attempting a bit of ‘urban gardening’ out on my terrace, however the wet and windy Manchester weather is testing my skills on that one!
