After two years of Academic Research at Ghent University, Filip started his career at InSites Consulting in 2001, focusing mainly on FMCG with a specific interest in innovation.

In 2008, he became Managing Partner. He was MD the InSites New York office from ’12 until ’18.

Now back in Belgium, he is managing a portfolio of large global brands as Global Client Partner. He co-authored the bookzine ‘Innovation Envy’ about what incumbents can learn from successful disruptors and how to embed best practices in innovation processes.
