Thierry started working in research in 1998. The first years of his career he worked as academic researcher at Ghent University, Belgium, after which he started working in market research at the agency side. He joined InSites Consulting in 2007.

At InSites Consulting, Thierry is leading a team of consultants at the HQ (Ghent, Belgium). The industry focus of the team lies on technology, services and retail.

Having helped many international and local clients, Thierry has a broad area of expertise; his main focus lies on innovation & customer experience research, using consumer-centric approaches and methods.
