Puleng joined the InSites Consulting (then Columinate) team in April 2019. She holds an Honours’ Degree in Psychology from the University of Pretoria, South Africa (2016) and aspires to obtain her MA (Research Psychology). ​

​For Puleng, working in an industry that is involved in understanding consumer insights and that encourages positive decision making is quite an interesting journey to be a part of. Building and sustaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients is of utmost importance to her. ​

Previously, she gained experience in traditional qualitative research while working for Anglo-American, and she also worked as a primary school teacher. Puleng enjoys spending time with those in need, and doing community work delights her heart. ​
