The Jewel of the Seine, home of the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Arc de Triomphe, Paris is one of the world’s most important and attractive cities. As of 2017, the French capital is ranked as the 3^rd most visited destination in the world, after Bangkok and London. Paris is also referred to as “La Ville Lumière” (The City of Light), partly because it was one of the first major European cities to use gas street lightning on a large scale, but almost more importantly, because of its leading role during the Age of Enlightenment (incidentally something InSites Consulting is known for as well – its ability to Enlighten!)
