Caroline has 7 years of experience in consumer behaviour research, with a focus on consumer immersion, concept, package and communication testing within the FMCG sector. As a hybrid researcher, she masters qualitative, quantitative and implicit research techniques.
She joined InSites Consulting in 2017 after obtaining a PhD in consumer behaviour research. Caroline has published in top-tier international marketing journals (i.e. Appetite & International Journal of Advertising), is a visiting professor at Ghent University, and a frequent guest lecturer. She is the recipient of the Food Marketing Award 2014 of the International Institute of Food Products Marketing and the ICORIA Award 2017 of the European Advertising Academy.
Caroline’s favourite part of the job is to immerse into the lives of consumers to help clients find answers to their research questions. She is the overall responsible for research projects and adds value in crucial milestones: development of set-up guide, conversation guide, analysis plan, reporting and internal stakeholder activation to help you leverage results.
