Sarah took her first steps in research & consultancy in 2012, with a focus on services research in the healthcare sector.

She joined InSites in 2016 after obtaining a PhD in Applied Economics-Marketing. In her postgraduate research, Sarah focused on value co-creation in online patient communities. She published in international marketing journals such as the Journal of Service Management and Psychology & Marketing.

At InSites, Sarah works as Research Manager in the Tech & Services sector, with a focus on patient co-creation. She has expertise in collaborating with large international clients such as UCB, TEVA and Pfizer, and can turn insights into actionable recommendations for our clients.
