InSites Consulting UK expands and announces new book launch

InSites Consulting  is today announcing the relocation of its UK business to a larger office in the heart of Clerkenwell on the back of rapid growth and strong prospects for the year ahead. Since establishing its UK presence in 2010, InSites Consulting has experienced a rapid growth. Our customers use InSites’ innovative methods to connect with their consumers: we’re very proud to work for companies such as BBC Worldwide, Vodafone Group Services, eBay Classifieds, Pfizer, Janssen Pharma, GSK, National Geographic, Dow Jones and Diageo, who have all recently engaged InSites Consulting UK to listen to and structurally collaborate with their consumers.
“Our global capabilities for online market research prove to be a major differentiator for InSites Consulting, in particular our expertise in online communities” says Christophe Vergult, managing director InSites Consulting UK.

“We increasingly help our clients with new, actionable insights in a new marketing environment of true customer centricity. We have just been given the Marketing Book of the Year award for ‘How Cool Brands Stay Hot’, written by Joeri Van den Bergh, which boosted our position in the market as thought leader on a new marketing practice of true customer centricity.”

Another InSites Consulting book, “The Conversation Company” by Steven Van Belleghem, shares insights on how to unlock the underused conversation potential of companies by managing culture, people and social media, and follows the success of “The Conversation Manager”, of which more than 25,000 copies have been sold. „The Conversation Company‟ will be launched officially on May 22nd at Delfina, central London (registrations are now open; follow this link to join us).
