In recent years, InSites Consulting has been building their very own Global Community Moderator Network at a fast pace. This network of experienced independent qualitative researchers – with an average of 11 years of moderating experience – allows us to open the dialogue with consumers in their local language, with moderators embedded in their local culture and market. After a thorough screening and selection procedure, they are trained by the InSites Consulting team in the latest innovative techniques in collaboration and moderation, thus guaranteeing a consistent cross-country moderation within each project. So far they have moderated over 400 projects in 33 countries, providing us with global moderation capabilities.
Now the Oscar winners have been revealed last Sunday, it is time for our very own award show – the Moddie Awards.
All InSites employees could vote for their favorite moderators in three different categories: Best Connection with InSites Consulting, Best Collaboration and, of course – the Overall Best Moderator in our network! The winners were revealed at our InSites Congress and given to our winners live on stage (two of the three winners were even able to join us!). And the Moddie Awards go to…

Shue Soib-Humphries from Malaysia for Best Connection with InSites Consulting!

Shue was great in helping us get a better understanding of the Malaysian culture and habits. She did not only help us in terms of project content, but went beyond that by giving us advice on what, when and where to recruit and what could be potential pitfalls throughout the whole project. She is great to work with and has a good fit with the InSites culture.

Alexander Bryukhanov from Russia for Best Collaboration!

Alexander has great moderation and analysis skills, but most of all he is great to work with! He is pro-active, dedicated, at all times on top of things and his project communication is top notch!

And the Overall Best Moderator is… Marie Walters from the UK!

Marie is by far the overall favorite! She is very passionate about her work, which shows in everything she does. She is dedicated, flexible, a great moderator and a great analyst. She really goes the extra mile for each and every single project!

Of course, we want to say thanks to our whole moderator team; they help us every day in understanding their culture and allow us to tap into their rich experience and expertise for all our projects. They all deserve a Moddie Award!
