Global Community Moderator Network
Moderators play a crucial role in engaging consumers, keeping them energized and installing a feeling of ‘community’ on our Square, our fully hybrid community platform.
To find the perfect moderator for every online insight community that we manage, we tap into our own Global Community Moderator Network, founded in 2012, which is home to +150 certified local moderators across more than 50 countries. This vast network of enthusiastic, highly skilled freelancers brings local flavour to each community, through the moderator’s understanding of the market and business context within which they live and work.
Are you passionate about consumer stories and eager to join our Global Community Moderator Network?

Every moderator is recruited based on their experience in qualitative research, and of course on their local presence. Before becoming a certified member of our network, moderators are required to go through a selection process in which their expertise, reporting quality and language skills are tested. After the selection stage is complete, they sign a contract, are trained, and receive an InSites Consulting certification.
Similar to our core belief that consumers can act as the best consultants for companies, we believe that our moderators can help us improve our thinking and processes in an impactful and continuous way. Therefore, we have created a platform for connecting and collaborating with all members of our Global Community Moderator Network, the Moderator Hub. Through this community we strengthen our relationships with our moderators, have them connect and share experiences with each other, and shape the future of qualitative online research together.
Not only do we facilitate connections between moderators, we also celebrate quality through our Certificate of Achievement. Moderators that show dedication, professionalism, and reliability during our collaboration receive this certificate after their annual evaluation, putting their outstanding performance in the spotlight.
