The challenge

Belgian B2B insurance specialist Induver wished to prepare for a digital transformation process imperative to the sector. Rethinking the business model by assessing current touchpoints was considered critical to offer more relevance to its clientele while remaining competitive.

Our solution

By conducting one-on-one interviews with both key customers and account managers, InSites Consulting installed a more human-centric approach: putting Induver’s customers and employees at the core of the strategy.

A strategic workshop followed, to define Induver’s purpose and overarching goals, while ensuring that participants understood the objectives and how these criteria aligned with business success. This was tested against the needs and wants recorded in the pre- and post-sales journeys of its customers and internal stakeholders.

In an ideation workshop, InSites Consulting worked with the relevant teams to create concrete feature lists, all of which could be linked to concrete consumer needs during a specific moment in the pre- and post-sales journeys.

 

The impact

While customers are still very satisfied with Induver’s high service levels today, internal stakeholders crave for digital tools to ease the job (i.e., less administrative work) and to bring truly added value instead.

As such, the perfect conditions were created to enter a new era of more radical business transformation, implementing both groups’ needs throughout the company.

We wanted our business to be more relevant in the digital age and introduce greater ease of access to our clients and our colleagues. InSites proved to be the partner of choice for understanding this strategic shift; not only do they understand the realm of digital, they also see the impact on our stakeholders, which effectively accelerated the process.
